CMH has been supplying testing equipment worldwide since 1986 and has established an excellent reputation for quality ans service. The CMH product range includes field and laboratory apparatus for teh testing of soils, cement, concrete, asphalt and petrolium. Our general laboratory range covers drying ovens, balances, water baths and thermometers.

Product quality, attention to detail, and competitive prices have led to an increase in demand for CMH test sieves worldwide. We believe that working in partnership with our customers is very important and at their request, we maintain a large stock of components. This ensures that we provide an efficient fast turn around of all customer orders.

 Quality Assurance

CMH test sieves are produced to comply with the specifications set out by the world's most demanding Standards: BS 410/ ISO 3310 parts 1 & 2 and ASTM E11.

Prior to leaving our Quality Assurance department each test sieve is carefully packaged along with a Certificate of Conformity and Record Card, both bearing the serial number found on the test sieve label providing trace ability.

The stainless steel test sieves are all 100% recyclable; all components, including the labels, are produced from stainless steel.

For easy reference, teh BS 410/ ISO 3310 parts 1 & 2, and ASTM E11 sieve aperture sizes are listed below. Details of special sieves, flakiness sieves and our range of sieve shakers are available upon request.

 Manufacturing

To enable us to produce the high standard of test sieves our customers have come to expect, we use specially imported woven wire mesh supplied from a leading European mesh manufacturer. All the mesh supplied to us is certified as being of test sieve quality.

Our 200mm, 300mm, 450mm, 8" and 12" diameter woven wire test sieves are all manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel. The 300mm diameter perforated plate test sieve is made from plated mild steel with stainless steel bodies being an option. Lids and receivers are supplied to suit all diameter of sieves.

The CMH 200mm diameter test sieve ensures particular user safety in laboratories having a rounded edge on the bottom surface. This sieve can be supplied as full height: 50mm from the top edge to the mesh pr half height: 25mm from the top edge to the mesh.
