TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED BATHS
A
choice of four temperature controllers with either analogue or digital
temperature selector offer temperature management over the range of -40°C to +250°C with
stability as good as +/- 0.005°C.
Each model has a rugged, splash proof case, with all submerged parts being made
of either stainless steel or high temperature self-extinguishing plastic.
Powerful pressure circulating pumps with external circulation connectors are
fitted as standard on all models. The TU-20C, however, has
dual suction and pressure pumps. With a choice of four different temperature
controllers and five stainless steel baths having a capacity of 8 to 48 litres,
a range of 20 different systems are available to suit most laboratory and
industrial applications.
Inlet and outlet pipes at the rear of the controller can be used for external
circulation within the bath itself. The baths are also suitable for below
ambient applications and can be used at sub-ambient temperatures with a cooling
coil (optional on the TE-10A/D
and TU-20D,
standard on the TU-20C)
or with Dip and Flow Coolers.
UNHEATED BATHS
Designed for use with a clip on thermoregulator, these high quality baths include carrying handles, stoved enamel steel outer cases.Sizes 8-16 litre have seam free stainless steel inners. The 48 litre bath is of welded construction.

Thermosoft software has been designed for use with models TU-20D and TU-20C. This is a Windows based program that connects via RS 232 to a computer. Programs can be created, saved and recalled at any time as well as running in real time mode and will cover time, temperature and ramp rates
DIP & FLOW COOLERS
These flow coolers work in conjunction with a thermoregulator or a circulating system. They continually extract heat from the bath fluid by means of the heat exchanger which is built into the unit.

STIRRED WATER BATH
This low cost water bath is ideal for checking the calibration of a wide range of instrumentation, including thermometers and data-loggers. The unit incorporates a built-in temperature controller with a LED display, heater and circulation pump.
The stirred water bath will control the temperature of the water or oil over the range of ambient to +100°C.
The seamless stainless steel tank gives a large open workspace with a capacity of 10 litres. Supplied with a stainless steel cover.

GENERAL ACCESSORIES
Flat and Gabled Lids
Manufactured of stainless steel and available to fit all sizes of constant temperature bath to help prevent evaporation losses. Gabled lids provide extra working headroom within the bath.
Adjustable Trays
Supported by a ball chain and clip the stainless steel trays can be used to alter the depth of the bath.
Polypropylene Spheres
A ball blanket is an effective way of reducing evaporation and loss of heat from a water bath acting as effectively as a lid, whilst providing instant access to the bath. Supplied in packs of 250 x 25 mm spheres.
